I had a great experience at the dentist. I had to have a crown replaced. It was easy and painless. During the process I was asked several times if I was doing ok. I felt well taken care of. The crown looks great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Poneh for almost 14 years and cannot say enough good things about her. She is always conservative with her treatment plans, incredibly skilled and remarkably thorough on her level of care. She is THAT good that I refuse to be seen by anyone else---even though I have literally moved hours away from LA to OC!
She is still my "go to" for routine care and treatments.
In addition to Dr. Poneh, her team of experts (Endodontists, Oral surgeons, etc) that she trusts and work with are incredible as well. A comprehensive & caring team approach.

Best dentist ever! Dr Poneh Ghasri always makes me feel safe and cared for (and not just my teeth). She takes great pride in her work and I LOVE how she has fixed my smile with Invisalign and continues to keep my teeth healthy. Trust me you want your dentist to be perfectionist when it comes to your smile and cosmetic dentistry procedures. She’s also very ethical so she doesn’t push unnecessary procedures that I won’t actually benefit from. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Put it this way, I've been happy to come back multiple times just in a few days. Great staff and Dr. Poneh is fantastic. Had to get some "work" done because I don't go to the dentist every 4 months like a good human being - and though the some of the stuff wasn't fun to feel, she checks on your constantly & is very attentive. Also cool that she tells you "you're almost done" which is a great thing to hear when you're in the chair. She's smart and cares about you. Highly recommended.

I’ve been so lucky to have Dr Poneh as my dentist for over two decades. I literally can not rave enough about her skilled painless techniques. She’s truly a master of veneers and a perfectionist about everything she does. She’s so calm and reassuring and sweet with you. You’re treated like family. You simply can’t have. I used to be really phobic of going to the dentist but since I met Dr Poneh, I actually enjoy getting my teeth clean! She and her staff are extremely caring and skilled. Jean, one of the hygienists is amazing. Can’t recommend this office enough!

Encino Smile Makeover has an Excellent staff and a very clean facility. I went in for my cleaning and teeth whitening and I'm so happy with the results. The staff was very accommodating with setting up my appointments and made my visits very comfortable. Highly recommend this office!!

All I can say is that Dr. Poneh is the best of the best! She is not only an excellent dentist that is extremely professional but she also has a lovely, caring personality that shines through in every interaction we have with her. She always takes the time to explain every procedure she is doing and will go above and beyond every single time. I would recommend Dr. Poneh and her helpful team to everyone. I had a pain in my incisor that was exacerbated by my tooth whitening gel. Doctor Tobin filled the cavity and now the pain is gone. Also, I got to hear a great music playlist that he put together for our drilling session! Awesome!

My experience is always pleasant despite my apprehension before the appointment. Dr. Tobin and his staff always make sure I am comfortable. Nothing is ever done before discussing the treatment plan with me.
When leaving the office, I know whatever was done was necessary. He will even call that evening to make sure I am feeling OK.
